The Book of Koheles/Ecclesiastes is an almost unrelieved excercise in gloom. In it, Solomon refers to life as a "futility of futilities, a refrain that he repeats no less than seven times..."

The refrain vanity of vanities, which is a translation of הבל הבלים, does not in fact appear seven times in Qohelet. In fact, it appears no more than three times - twice in 1.2, and once in 12.8.

Page 15:

Solomon had no foreign enemies, and he conquered his inner enemies.

In fact, Solomon did have foreign enemies. In Kings (book one, chapter 11) we are told about Hadad the Edomite and Rezon the Syrian, both of whom were adversaries against Israel during Solomon's reign.
