How to report errors

To report errors, search for the ISBN or title to see if the book already has a topic. If it does, simply add the error to the topic. If it does not, create a new topic with the ISBN, the title and the publisher as the topic title and report the error or errors there.
If a book does not have an ISBN, create a topic in the non-ISBN forum with the book's title and publisher as the title of the topic.
